Brandon Bellegarde

Brandon Bellegarde

Session: Carrot or the Stick

Insert bold statement about Brandon’s birth into a family of Norwegian expats determined to provide financial stability through the production of quality handmade shoes. Followed up by, a heartwarming anecdote about Brandon’s struggles through adolescence and young adult life, which leads into a moment of complete self-awareness.

Seriously though, at the age of 11, Brandon realized he wanted to be a business consultant but had no idea there was a name for such nonsense. I mean, why would anyone pay an 11 year old to come into their company and point out areas of professional weaknesses, followed by creative solutions for professional development... However, many years later Brandon discovered dreams really do come true, when he began working with businesses in order to help them reach their most audacious aspirations.

While Brandon tends to take things a little too seriously, he compensates by working hard and rarely scheduling any time for fun. He’s obsessive, compulsive, and extremely spontaneous (as long as his calendar allows it). Brandon’s specialties include: process engineering, automation, and human capital management.
